Susie Andretta weist in der Liste LIS-INFOLITERACY auf einen Report zu "21st Century Skills" des amerikanischen Institue of Museum and Library Services hin und bemerkt interesssanterweise dazu:
… although the report is about IL amongst other literacies, what I do not understand is the emphasis on ’skills‘. Personally I prefer to take a more holistic approach to the way we engage and deal with information (in whichever context) so to me that is best described by terms such as mindset or world-view rather than skills.
